ALL PRICES and specifications shown in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Costs of raw materials and products that we sell may fluctuate unpredictably, requiring price and original specification to change. You will be notified at the time of order if our listed prices have changed.

PAYMENTS

For RETAIL ORDERS Barnumspro accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMX, money order or personal check. Orders paid by credit card will be processed immediately. Orders paid by money order will be processed upon receipt of money order in the correct amount. Orders paid by personal check will be processed only after your check has cleared the bank. To avoid delay in the processing of your order, all payments made by check or money order must include freight charges (see shipping). California orders will need to add 7.75% sales tax to total order. For DEALER ORDERS Barnumspro accepts, in addition to the above methods of payment, cash, or company check with prior approval.

HOW TO ORDER

Barnumspro accepts other orders by phone (760.868.8097) or mail at Barnumspro, 2525 Marco Rd, Phelan, California USA 92371. All orders must include the following information: Your Phone Number; Your Mailing Address; Your Shipping Address if different from above; Your Method of Payment. If you are using a credit card, be sure to include your full card number and expiration date; All part numbers, descriptions, quantities.

SHIPPING: All other methods: actual freight plus $4.00. All payments made by check or money order must include freight charges to avoid delay. All motors will be shipped actual freight plus $4.00. International orders add $15.00.

BACK ORDERS

You will be notified of all back ordered items and items will be shipped immediately when received by Barnumspro unless otherwise directed by you.

RETURNS

All returned items must be authorized in advance and accompanied by letter stating the reason for return. Credit for returned items will be made by check less 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for full refunds must be in new condition and in original packaging. All items must be sent back freight prepaid, no COD's will be accepted.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

GUARANTEE

Since all items manufactured by Barnumspro are intended for race/competition use, they are sold as-is with no warranty, expressed or implied. Barnumspro, will, however, at our discretion, repair or replace any item that we judge to be defective in workmanship or materials. Our liability under this replacement policy extends only to the original purchase price of the item and does not include incidental or consequential damages. Products sold by Barnumspro, but produced by other manufacturers, may be covered by their own warranties, if any. However, we make no representation as to the life span of our products or the products of others under racing conditions. There are no warranties other than those listed in this paragraph. Modifications listed in this catalog may affect factory warranties, if any.

WORK NOT LISTED

Barnumspro will perform other services not listed in our catalog on an individual/per request basis. If you desire other services, call or write with a description of work requested and we will promptly respond with price and availability information.
