ELECTROSPORT XR650R 00-06 Includes Ignition / Lighting ESG440/ 2 x 100WATT HIGH POWER LIGHTING STATOR, REPLACES ORIGINAL UNIT, PLUG IN REPLACEMENT.

THIS IS MEANT AS A DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR AN OEM STATOR.

Known Issues: The G44 has two white lighting coil outputs (2x100W), and one charging output (yellow and pink), which can be used to power a dual sport setup.

Connect all wires color to color. If you use the G44 for AC lighting only, use only one of the white outputs, leave the other white and the pink and yellow wires unconnected.

If the bike does not start right away after installation, or if it does not want to rev up, swap the brown and black/red leads that come from the stator and connect to the bikes wiring loom under the seat.
